Kenyan Sand Boa

Description:  This boa is colored orange or yellow with chocolate-brown to black splotches. The belly is white or cream. Male sand boas only reach about 15 to 18 inches.

Range:  They are found in east Africa

Habitat:  The sand boas are only found in the low altitude areas.

Diet:
Wild:  They eat small rodents and lizards and babies may eat small insects.
Zoo:  Small mice
