• Our presentations are fun, engaging, and interactive. We provide an enjoyable experience for our audience, while instilling a greater understanding of these unique animals and the incredible lives they live.

• Our programs are designed to be age appropriate.                          

• A typical program will include between ten and fifteen different kinds of fascinating reptiles and amphibians, which generally include frogs, a salamander, turtles, lizards, and snakes(We welcome your suggestions on which animals will be used in our presentation) .

     

• During the birthday program the birthday child will have the opportunity to feed a tortoise, and can help hold a snake or other reptile while you take their picture.
  

•  Our audience is given an opportunity to touch some of the animals  after which we provide hand sanitizer.

• We offer three birthday program packages.  All three programs last 45 to 60 minutes and include 10 to 15 amphibians, turtles, lizards, and snakes.  The Basic Birthday presentation is $110.00 and includes a 5 to 6 foot boa constrictor.  Presentations to groups of more than thirty guests are $135.00 for a one hour presentation.  There is an additional mileage charge of 50 cents per mile over 120 miles round trip from Owatonna, MN.

• The Deluxe Gator Party presentation includes the same animals as above but also includes one of our 3 foot long alligators ("Allie" or "Sallie") and a 9 foot python instead of a boa constrictor. This program is $150 for up to thirty guests and $175 for more than thirty guests.  Mileage charges may also apply.

• The Premium Python Party presentation includes the same animals as the Deluxe Gator party but instead of a 9 foot python we can bring either a 13 foot python "Bella" or an 8 and 1/2 foot albino python "Sun Beam".  Included in the group of animals is an Alligator Snapping Turtle that is 20 inches long and a lizard from South America called a Tegu that is 2 feet long.  This program is $190 for up to thirty guests and $215 for more than thirty guests.  The birthday child will receive one free party favor box ("G" or "H" - see pictures below) and each child at the party receives a RAD Zoo temporary tattoo.  Mileage charges may also apply. This program is subject to animal and presenter availability.

• We are available  from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. year round.
  

• Our programs can be held outside if the temperature is between 60 and 85 degrees and there is a shaded area, otherwise the program needs to be held indoors in a temperature controlled building.

• We maintain the highest standards of safety in animal handling, and do not use venomous animals in our presentations. We are happy to provide references and proof of insurance upon request.

If you are searching for the perfect gift for your little reptile lover or for some fun reptile and amphibian themed party favors for your guests we have some excellent options shown below.  We have five different party favor boxes to choose from.  Each 4" x 6" box includes small items like "RAD ZOO" temporary tattoos, dinosaur stickers, small plastic and stretchy reptiles, and candy, and a larger item such as a small stuffed animal or a rubber snake.  The stuffed animals, pens, and rubber snakes come in assorted colors so each box is slightly different. Some of the smaller items may be substituted, due to availability, for items of equal value.

You do not have to buy all of one style of box.  Examples : 1) you can purchase 5 style "A" boxes and 5 style "B" boxes or 2) you can purchase all of style "A" boxes for your child's guests and 1 of style "H" box for the birthday child 3) you can even buy a single box just for the birthday child.

To complete your reptile and amphibian themed party we offer complimentary animal images that may be used to decorate the birthday cake. Below are images that you can save to your computer, print out, and then take to a grocery store bakery to have placed on the birthday cake.  The bakery takes your photo, scans it into their computer and places it right on to the cake using edible icing.
